It has just been a year since JLo and Ben Affleck, aged 51, purchased their current 46,000 square foot home for $60.85 million. The deal was closed within a week, with the couple snagging the property for nearly $15 million less than the initial asking price of $75 million. Originally listed for $135 million back in 2018, the price of the property was significantly reduced before being relisted this year. Known as the ‘Wallingford estate,’ the mansion sits on a five-acre plot, boasting 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms. The newly renovated and expanded home features a 12-car garage, space for 80 cars for parking, an indoor sports complex, a 5,000-square foot guest penthouse, a caretaker’s house, and a two-bedroom guard house on the grounds. Jennifer can enjoy a full gym, basketball and pickleball courts, and a boxing ring in the indoor sports facility. In addition to their mansion in Los Angeles, the couple was recently spotted on a house-hunting expedition in New York City just last month.

Currently, Jennifer is looking to sell her penthouse at the Whitman building in NoMad for $24.99 million. She acquired this property in 2014 for $20.2 million, according to reports.
